How to

Prepare

Before the retreat

  • Make sure you have a journal. We personally prefer A4 journals because we like to write a lot and get creative with glue.
  • Have a pen you enjoy writing with.
  • Set up a practice space in your house. It’s nice to create a little altar for yourself. Place your gemstones, a candle and some incense. This space will be sacred for the days of the program as you will practice there. It will be the place where you allow yourself to transform.
  • Agree to discipline and share your time. During these days you can join classes that will benefit your wellbeing. Commitment is key!
  • Limit, or preferably avoid alcohol and drugs for the duration of this program.

What to bring

  • A yogamat
  • A meditation cushion or chair
  • A nice blanket to keep you warm
  • Comfortable clothes and big socks
  • Journal and pen
  • Incense and sage (optional)
  • A little candle
  • Crystals (for your altar and in case you will attend a Crystal Grid class)
  • A water bottle
  • A thermos for tea (optional)
  • A speaker for the active classes
  • Headphones for the meditations and coaching

During the retreat

– We appreciate a respectful attitude towards the teachers by being on time for the live classes.
– Discipline, we can’t say it enough. If you practise discipline it will help your dreams come true.

A few Tips:

1. Start the day by making your bed.
2. (End) every shower cold.
3. Keep your meditation/practise area tidy.
