Iris and Cylla von Tiedemann
German sisters Iris and Cylla von Tiedemann both have their own expertise, yet sometimes join forces to provide exciting workshops. For example during the Summer Solstice Transformational Retreat by The Temple of Babylon. Below you can find out more about their individual passions and areas of knowledge.
About Iris, Human Design Expert and Leadership Coach
For more than 25 years, Iris von Tiedemann has been working as a leadership and teaching coach in Berlin. Her coaching work is suitable for individuals as well as executives from all sizes of companies and branches.
Iris founded the Institute for Transformational Leadership, which she successfully leads for more than 15 years. Coming across Human Design a long time ago, this wise system has changed her work ever since. She received intensive training in it at the Vienna located organization 64 Keys by Richard Rudd’s Gene Keys.
Human Design plays an integral role in all her coaching work, whether for personal development, the composition of teams or for strategic issues in organisations. Lately, Iris is particularly interested in the exploration of collective trauma healing and emergent dialogue practice.

About Cylla, Evolutionary Astrologer and Photographer
Establishing herself as a leading performing arts photographer over the last 30 years, Cylla von Tiedemann lives and works in Toronto. She trained herself to capture the essential picture of an artist, a skill she has translated to the core of her astrology readings. Studying Western Astrology and Tarot for over 2 decades, she topped it up with a certification program in Evolutionary Astrology. For this program, she studied with renowned astrologist Maurice Fernandez.
Developing her approach to the art of astrology with support of the archetypes of Tarot and a solid spiritual practice, she founded her own consulting company named Astroframe. Additionally, she teaches during retreats and at her own Round Table events. Her keen interest in deep psychology turned her to several healing modalities such as mediation, Eastern philosophies, new Western psychology, shamanism, and kundalini yoga.
